Terms of Service
1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using the IndustrialFlipper platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to register an account.
2. Nature of the service
The Service offers educational content, AI-assisted question answering, and community access centered on commercial and industrial real estate concepts based on the operator's personal experience.
The Service is not, and does not provide, investment, legal, tax, accounting, brokerage, or financial-advisor advice. Past results — including specific transactions described on the Service — do not predict your results. You are solely responsible for your own due diligence and investment decisions.
3. Membership and payment
- Paid memberships (Monthly, Annual, Founding) are billed via Stripe under the pricing displayed at checkout.
- The 7-day trial is provided without a credit card and converts to no further obligation if you do not upgrade.
- Founding lifetime membership is non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
- Recurring memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date in your account dashboard.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share account credentials or community content outside the platform.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content.
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm other members.
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law.
5. Intellectual property
All content (books, AI answers, recordings, written materials) is the property of the operator or its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal educational use only.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. The operator's aggregate liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation ends future renewals but does not refund completed periods except as required by law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product; continued use of the Service after revisions take effect constitutes acceptance.
